Functions

 

Data is acquired automatically from the plant control system and employed sensors via COMMITTO Embedded and stored in a database. The following functions are available:

  • Historical displays of alarms and operating messages
  • Availability and productivity indexes according to VDI and TPM
  • Downtime analysis and operational state analyses employing the Pareto principle
  • Part tracing and receipt change monitoring 
  • Electronic shift log and maintenance support
